Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the RtoA Chrome extension ("Extension") or visiting rtoa.app ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension or Website.

2. Description of Service

RtoA is an independent, community-developed Chrome browser extension that facilitates the transfer of issue data between Revizto Workspace and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). The Extension operates locally within your browser using your existing authenticated sessions.

RtoA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Revizto or Autodesk. All product names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

3. License to Use (EULA)

Subject to these Terms, RtoA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension solely for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Extension
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights
• Use the Extension in a manner that violates the Terms of Service of Revizto or Autodesk

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Extension complies with the Terms of Service, acceptable use policies, and any applicable agreements of Revizto and Autodesk Construction Cloud. RtoA does not authorize any use that would violate those agreements.

You agree not to use the Extension to:

• Access data you are not authorised to access
• Circumvent security measures or access controls
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data beyond your legitimate business needs
• Interfere with the normal operation of Revizto or ACC platforms

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

RtoA does not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all versions of Revizto or Autodesk Construction Cloud. Third-party platform updates may affect the Extension's functionality at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RTOA AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.

IN ANY CASE, THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF RTOA TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION SHALL NOT EXCEED €50 (FIFTY EUROS). THIS LIMIT APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.

7. Third-Party Platforms

RtoA interacts with Revizto and Autodesk Construction Cloud on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is governed exclusively by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. RtoA has no control over those platforms and is not responsible for any changes, outages, or policy updates that affect the Extension's functionality.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
