Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

RtoA is developed and operated by an individual developer ("we", "us", "our"). As this is a personal project, there is no registered legal entity. For any data-related requests, please contact us at hello@rtoa.app.

2. What RtoA does

RtoA is a Chrome browser extension that facilitates the transfer of issues from Revizto Workspace to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). It operates entirely within your browser using your existing authenticated sessions on both platforms.

3. Data we do NOT collect

RtoA does not collect, store, process, or transmit any of the following:

• Issue data, project data, or any content from Revizto or ACC
• Login credentials, passwords, API keys, or authentication tokens
• Browser history, cookies, or data from other tabs
• Device information, IP addresses, or usage analytics

All data processed by the extension moves directly between Revizto and ACC within your browser session. It never passes through any server operated by RtoA.

4. Data we do collect

Email address (optional). If you choose to join the early access waitlist on our landing page, we collect your email address solely to notify you when RtoA is available on the Chrome Web Store. We do not share it with third parties or use it for marketing beyond this notification.

You can request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@rtoa.app.

5. How the extension works

RtoA reads issue data from Revizto Workspace pages you visit. The extension reads the active session cookie strictly in-memory to authenticate API requests; the cookie value is never stored or logged. The same applies to your ACC session. All data moves directly between the two platforms within your browser and never passes through any server operated by RtoA.

6. User data control

• All data is stored locally using Chrome's storage.local API.
• To clear all data: go to chrome://extensions → find "RtoA" → click "Remove" (this clears all local data).
• Authentication tokens are automatically cleared when you log out of Revizto or ACC, or when you clear your browser cookies.

7. Regional availability & technical approach

RtoA was developed for users in regions where the official Autodesk Construction Cloud Developer Program is not available. Browser-based automation is used as a practical alternative to official API access. All authentication data remains locally on your device and is never transmitted to third-party servers.

8. Children's privacy

This extension is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children.

9. Third-party services

RtoA interacts with Revizto and Autodesk Construction Cloud on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service. RtoA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Revizto or Autodesk.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the extension evolves. Any significant changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
