There's no native way to transfer Revizto issues to Autodesk Construction Cloud. RtoA fills that gap — this guide covers everything from first setup to daily use.
Make sure you have access to both platforms before installing the extension.
An active Revizto account with access to the Issue Tracker module. You must be able to log into ws.revizto.com.
An ACC account with the Issues module enabled on at least one project. You must be able to log into acc.autodesk.com.
RtoA is a Chrome extension. It works in Chrome (latest version recommended). Other Chromium browsers may work but are not officially supported.
Install RtoA from the Chrome Web Store. Free, no account needed.
You only need to do this once. After setup, RtoA remembers your ACC project and field mapping.

Go to the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome. Pin the extension to your toolbar so it's easy to access.
Navigate to ws.revizto.com and log in. Go to your project and open the Issue Tracker. RtoA reads your active session — no passwords or API keys are ever needed.
In a separate tab, open acc.autodesk.com and navigate to any project's Issues page. This allows RtoA to detect your Autodesk session automatically.
Click the RtoA icon in your Chrome toolbar. If both sessions are active, you'll see a green "Connected" status in the popup.
Use the dropdowns to select your ACC Hub, then your ACC Project, then the Issue Type (subtype) that transferred issues should be created as.
Click Field Mapping to open the mapping editor. Define how Revizto values map to ACC values. See the Field Mapping section below for details.
The main way to transfer issues — works from any Revizto Workspace page.
RtoA
In the Revizto Issue Tracker, check the issues you want to transfer. RtoA detects selected and checked issues automatically.
Click the RtoA icon in your Chrome toolbar. The popup shows a list of the issues it detected on the page.
Confirm the target ACC project is correct. Optionally enable Transfer markup images to attach the Revizto preview to each ACC issue. Click Send to ACC.
A live progress bar shows each issue being created. The transfer runs in the background — you can close the popup and it continues. Re-open RtoA at any time to check the status.
After the transfer, a summary shows how many issues were created successfully and if any failed. Click Done to reset and start a new transfer.
A faster way to transfer without opening the popup — the button appears directly inside Revizto Workspace.
When you're on a Revizto Workspace page, RtoA automatically injects a green → ACC (N) button into the issue detail panel. Click it to start a transfer without opening the extension popup.
Check the issues you want to transfer in the Issue Tracker.
Open any issue to see its detail panel. RtoA injects a green → ACC (N) button in the panel header — the number shows how many issues are currently selected. Click it to open the transfer overlay.
The overlay shows the target ACC project and a checkbox for markup images. Click Send to start the transfer.
The transfer runs in the background. Open the RtoA popup at any time to see live status, or watch the badge on the extension icon.
Field mapping lets you map Revizto field values to your ACC issue subtype's custom attributes. Standard fields like title, assignee, and due date are transferred automatically.
Open RtoA, select your ACC project and issue subtype, then click Field Mapping. You'll see the custom attributes defined for that subtype — configure which Revizto values map to each ACC attribute value. Unmapped fields are appended to the issue description so nothing is lost.
| What gets transferred | How | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Title | Automatically | Transferred as-is, no configuration needed |
| Description | Automatically | Includes a "From Revizto #ID" traceability block |
| Assignee | Automatically | Matched by email — must be a member of the ACC project |
| Due date | Automatically | Transferred as-is if set |
| Custom fields (e.g. Discipline, Zone, Trade…) | Via Field Mapping | You define which Revizto value maps to which ACC custom attribute value |
| Unmapped fields | Description block | Appended to the ACC issue description — nothing is lost |
RtoA can transfer the Revizto issue preview image directly into ACC as an attachment on the new issue.
Before clicking Send, make sure the Transfer markup images checkbox is checked. It is enabled by default in both the popup and the Quick Transfer overlay.
The Revizto issue's large preview image (the annotated screenshot from the model) is downloaded and uploaded to ACC as an attachment on the new issue.
Uploading markup images adds a few seconds per issue. For large batches, the transfer runs in the background so you can continue working.

No. Autodesk does not provide a built-in way to transfer issues from Revizto Workspace to Autodesk Construction Cloud. The existing Revizto–ACC integration covers model and document sync only — issue data is excluded. RtoA was built specifically to fill this gap.
Open a new tab, go to acc.autodesk.com, navigate to any project's Issues page, then re-open the RtoA popup. The token is captured automatically when your browser makes a request to the Autodesk API.
The extension only scans issues when the active tab is on ws.revizto.com. Make sure you have Revizto open in the current tab and are inside a project's Issue Tracker. Click Open a project in the popup if you're on the wrong page.
RtoA looks for issues that are either checked (checkbox ticked) or selected (highlighted row) in the Issue Tracker. Make sure at least one issue is in that state, then re-open the popup.
Check your Field Mapping configuration. If a Revizto value doesn't have a matching rule, it won't be set in the ACC field. Add a mapping rule for that value. All unmapped fields are still included in the issue description block.
Assignee matching is done by email address. The person must be a member of the ACC project and their Revizto email must match their ACC email exactly.
The transfer runs in Chrome's background service worker. Re-open the RtoA popup to reconnect to the live status. If issues still aren't appearing in ACC, check that your Autodesk session hasn't expired — refresh acc.autodesk.com and try again.
RtoA creates new issues each time you click Send — it doesn't check for duplicates. Always click Done after a transfer completes before starting a new one, and track which Revizto issues you've already transferred.
Send us a message and we'll get back to you.
